Heath and Wellness Directors
"The Health and Wellness program addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of each resident by professional, dedicated staff." - Melinda Puckett, Director of Health and Wellness, Culpepper Place of Springfield - East
"My 25 years of geriatric nursing experience has helped me to create a successful Health and Wellness program. We pride ourselves in providing individualized one- on- one care to each of our residents. This is done by establishing a strong rapport with not only our residents, but with their family members as well. We utilize a team approach in order to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care possible." - Belinda Wren, Director of Health and Wellness, Culpepper Place of Springfield - Chesterfield Village
"We often think of nursing as giving meds on time, checking an x-ray to see if the doctor needs to be called or taking an admission at 02:00 am with a smile on our faces. Too often we forget the other things that make our job what it truly is...caring and having a desire to make a difference.
Our job as nurses is to cushion the sorrow and celebrate the joy everyday while we are just doing our jobs. If love can't cure it our nurses can!" - Lisa Thompson, LPN, Health and Wellness Nurse, Culpepper Place at Branson Meadows
"Culpepper Place strives to meet the individual needs of the resident to promote a safe and healthy home environment that encourages independence by continuing communication by Culpepper Place staff and the resident. Their physician, other healthcare providers, and family members." - Barbara Lunday, Director of Health and Wellness, Culpepper Place of Nevada, MO
"The health and wellness of each resident is top priority. Keeping the residents healthy and active is crucial for maintaining independence. My job is to keep my residents as independent as possible for as long as possible and to utilize the necessary resources including those provided out in the community to see that happen." - Rachel Imes, Director of Health and Wellness, Culpepper Place of Springdale
"My mission is not only to keep my resident’s healthy and motivated but to share a piece of my heart with each and every one of my Culpepper family. We laugh together, we cry together, we are family." - Vikkie Greenway, LPN, Health and Wellness Director, Culpepper Place of Jonesboro
