We invite you to drop by and take a tour! If you are not available to come in for a tour we would be glad to discuss your special needs on the phone. Feel free to call and speak with our Community Directors about you or your parents needs. If you are unable to visit the community until a later date we would be glad to mail information about the Culpepper Place community closest to you. Our Community Director and our Director of Health and Wellness Nurse may need to visit you during during a hospitalization stay, nursing home placement or at your home. This is part of our evaluation process and our visit can assist you with coordinating your placement by answering questions that you may have.
